Dinner and Show Menu


Entree:
Antipasti with marinated peppers, egg plant, zucchini, fetta, prosciutto, chorizo, olives, slow roasted tomatoes, parmesan and mushrooms

Main:

  1. Freerange chicken supreme, ricotta and lemon stuffing, blistered cherry tomatoes
  2. Thyme roasted Porterhouse, garlic crumbed mushrooms with a cabernet glaze
  3. Slow roasted eggplant and tomato terrine, spinach and orange salad with fetta (no fetta for vegans)

All mains come with a side of seasonal vegetables, shoestring fries with Aioli and rocket salad

Desert:
Lemon tart with whipped cream

Marinated Olives $6.50

Hummous, fetta, pickled chilli’s and pita crisps $8.50

Duck and Orange Pate with toasted sourdough $9

Pork Rillette, toasted sourdough, baby gerkins $8

Spiced Nuts $8

Grilled Chorizo with sourdough and parmesan $8

Shoestring fries with Aioli: Small $6, Large $9

Miilwa Camembert, Maffra Longhorn Cheddar, Millwa Blue Cheese all served with Tuckers Natural Biscuits and Blackcurrant Paste $12 each. $20 for three cheese combination
