Dave Arden Red Desert Man Album Launch (Postponed)

Due to the unforeseen circumstances of the COVID-19 virus, Dave Arden’s Red Desert Man album launch at Thornbury Theatre this Saturday 14th of March will be cancelled and postponed to a later date.
This heartbreaking decision was made regretfully but informed, following the government’s advice of the cancellation of non-essential events with more than 500 people.
“It is a crazy time we are living in and the health of you all is my first priority. The last thing we want to do is to compromise the health of our beautiful family of supporters.” Arden said.
“I have had feedback from a number of people in the health sector advising me to take this course of action and feel it is in the best interests of everyone involved to reschedule the show.”
New dates for the launch will be determined over the coming weeks, but Red Desert Man will proceed to launch on all streaming platforms tomorrow.Physical merchandise will be available at https://headstonerecords.bandcamp.com/album/red-desert-man.

Details for refunds if required will be posted on Monday.

Dave Arden has been performing for 36 years with many legendary Australian acts like Archie Roach, Paul Kelly and Kutcha Edwards. An impressive songwriter and guitarist in his own right, Dave’s third album, Red Desert Man, is an introspective look at his experience as an Aboriginal man, searching for his identity and voice.

The Thornbury Theatre is the central location for all musical and cultural activities for Dave Arden’s community, bringing his album to life in this space will be an emotional and inspiring experience not to be missed.
